The accounts of personal naturist experiences are the lifeblood of social nudity. Most people have seen and heard so few examples of positive nudity in their lifetime. Often just hearing stories from other naturists quickly reverses years of body-shame indoctrination. When you hear the first time stories of others (especially from people with similar values) it eases the nervousness and anxiety about trying social nudity for yourself.
Here are some first time
stories to start with. Everyone's first naturist experience is different
and unique. People start with widely varying circumstances, and at
various levels of preparation. Some with a solid understanding of naturist
principles and others with little or no naturist conditioning whatsoever
(like me). If you haven't already experienced naturism, your experience
may be much different than any of these. Having taken the time to
study it out carefully beforehand, it may not be as striking or revealing
to you. Your first experience with social nudity may be rather mundane.
Even so, it's worth hearing about.

If you can remember the first time you went skinny-dipping, or enjoyed being unclothed in a wholesome setting - it's worth telling about. It doesn't have to be fancy, and certainly not verbose like mine. This is your opportunity to share with others - anonymously, if you so choose. If you aren't on the list, why not be?
